  • Stress Testing the Logic: We run a complex procurement simulation designed to break standard tactical approaches. We then deconstruct it using the Imperium 4 Pillar Framework (Vision, Value, Process, Relationships) to install a system of negotiation governance.
  • The Live Deal Lab: Using the Imperium Preparation Toolkit and Elena (your AI Negotiation Copilot), you will “Red Team” your own R5m+ live deal. You will leave with a specific “Money Map” – a tactical roadmap to recover specific margin percentages on that contract.
  • 30-Day Execution Support: To ensure the deal closes, you get 30 days of continued access to the Elena AI Copilot and a 14-Day Velocity Call period which enables you to contact the team of expert negotiators from Imperium.
