Why Choose this course
Understand AI, Apply LLMs, Lead Responsibly
This foundation course gives you a clear, practical understanding of AI, with a particular focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and how they apply across the procurement lifecycle. You’ll leave able to explain core AI concepts, understand where LLMs genuinely help and where they fall short, write stronger prompts, identify realistic LLM use cases in your own role, and assess the governance and information risks that come with using them.
This is a foundation-level course: it builds the shared understanding every procurement professional needs, then focuses specifically on practical LLM use across the lifecycle. It doesn’t attempt to provide deep specialist training in every procurement discipline, or teach the design and deployment of AI agents, those are covered in separate, more advanced pathways once this foundation is in place.
