Why Choose this course
This Three Bid Committees 2-Day course gives supply chain practitioners a practical, PFMA- and MFMA-compliant grounding in how the Bid Specification, Bid Evaluation, and Bid Adjudication Committees must function together, and where accounting officers and accounting authorities carry direct legal accountability.
You will work through real committee scenarios and the exact requirements set out in the Treasury Regulations, Treasury Instructions, National Treasury circulars, and applicable SCM prescripts that govern day-to-day bid committee decisions. The course also covers the Public Procurement Act 28 of 2024, signed into law but not yet in force, so delegates understand what’s changing, when it’s likely to take effect, and how to prepare their committees for the transition without disrupting current PFMA/MFMA compliance.
We offer flexible delivery options:
-
Live virtual training
-
In-house training available for teams of 10 or more delegates
