As part of its transformation to a world-class procurement organisation, MTN embarked on a programme to enable 145 of its procurement professionals to obtain internationally recognised Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) qualifications.  MTN engaged with Commerce Edge South Africa to provide a Tutor-Enabled Blended-Learning Online Solution (TEBLOS) throughout its entire international procurement organisation. This sophisticated approach to education provides learners with a tutor who is a personal member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS); classroom-based learning integrated with online learning and assessment, combined with corporate management information regarding learner progress.
